Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied for any reason, we refund your money in full. Whether you bought the wrong product or simply changed your mind, we offer a refund within 30 days, no questions asked.

SSL Cancellation and Refund Terms

• An order for which cancellation is requested within 30 days is refunded unconditionally.
• The only exception is when the SSL was revoked by the CA due to fraudulent data supplied during validation, a man-in-the-middle attack, or any other criminal/unlawful use of the SSL.
• Note that once you click "Cancel", the order is cancelled with no way to undo it. For example, if the order is for 1 year and you press "Cancel", the order will be marked as "Expired" and no refund will apply. This means you will lose your SSL certificate along with the remaining days.
• A reissue cannot be cancelled once started. In that case, the only option is to wait for the reissue to complete and then submit a new reissue request.

How Do I Cancel My Certificate?

1. Log in to your CheapSSL account.

2. Open the relevant certificate from the My Certificates page and scroll down to the Cancellation Request section.

3. Enter your reason for cancelling (optional) and click Submit Cancellation Request.
\n
4. Our team will review your request; if approved, the certificate is cancelled and, for orders within 30 days, you'll be refunded. You can see the result on the certificate page. Your certificate stays active until it's approved.
